Here's the last 3 weeks, shows its 2 shows short due to other work/commitments but i do what i can, when i can, i have not done a Welcome to Mayhem set tonight either, but will be ack on Psychozwan radio tomorrow, then Friday i am doing live Psychozwan set in Darlington as i always do 1st Friday of the month, this months is our 1st year anniversary so there is a fancy dress theme/comp should be fun, no doubt pictures will be put on the Facebook page if you want to look at them and any of our pictures from the nights search for Psychozwan, anyways here are the links for the last recorded shows;

Well sorry everyone im getting a bit rubbish at this, been otherwise distracted and keep forgetting to upload the shows.

My life is being a bit hectic right now and most the time im in my own world, sleeping, working and playing battle pirates on FB, (its rather addictive im lvl 19 B.G 113 lol after 3 weeks which is good btw!)

Anyway the point of this post is to upload last 2 weeks worth of shows, there are only 3 as i took a night off and plus its rather quiet for listeners lately but that will soon increase as i got more club work coming my way, so nice bit of promotion going out for the radio shows on the nights im djing :)

thats from the info screen on the FB invite i received as i cant get link address without being invited but thats the info and line up, im looking forward to it, the venues great as i did last years October [8 bit] i loved it but this time i have a laptop and hard drive lol

On the Friday night 7th October i will be DJing at Psychozwan @ the Tap & Spile Darlington, so it would be great to see familiar faces at both events! However that does mean as its the Thursday night i wont be doing the Psychozwan radio show next week, only Welcome to mayhem on the Wed @ 8pm so tune into that one, or even better get yourself to The Basement on Thursday!

Just so your aware at the end of the Psychozwan show i played 30mins of daft tunes and sang over a track, yes really and i was perfectly sober, but thats what happens when you have a bored DA and a quiet night lol, let me just warn u do not listen to the last song, Toyah - i want to be free, i ruined it!

Psychozwan Radio Debut, available to download!

Morning peeps just to let you know my recording software did actually manage save the live stream from last night, even tho i thought it had been lost again so hurrah! although unfortunatly the Welcome to Mayhem show hasnt saved (27/7 one) but i have the playlist of tracks and may make them available for download but obviously its not as good as the actual show, but will get them uploaded by monday hopefully.

Next week i shall be using different broadcasting software that holds mutiple radio servers so with any luck there will be no loss in audio quality for either show and it records the streams on there to so should work out well or just work would be nice, may do another test session before show but will let those know when and if i do, otherwise you will have to wait till Wednesday!

Ok its like 2.59am, the stream i have uploaded has a pause about the 57/58 minutes into show, but its only for 15 seconds of something like that, then it continues, i had problems with VDJ surprisigly so had to restart it, but my mp3 wave editor wouldnt read file so i couldnt remove the pause, :( but you know cant be perfect can we!

Anyway point of this blog at this time, was to let you know that Darkangel's Psychozwan radio Debut 28/7/11 is now available to download via the link below, its a public file so should be fine for you guys to download (its 170.233kbs mind but it was 3 hours worth) hope you enjoy it.

Tonights show

Well it went well after a slow start lol and i got some complaints about the bass being to loud but only by 2 people on the shoutcast site, however this was resolved pretty quickly, but apologies to those who were affected, hopefully next week will be better.

 It seems only a minority had issues with the bass and those who did were quite rude about the issue, although this was only bought to my attention by listeners who were in the chat and on the shoutcast site, as the shoutcast site is where they were doing the slating, constructive critisism is welcome, just be polite about it, as if i dont know theres a problem i cant help to resolve it, so i would appreciate future complaints to go via me in chat as its me whos running the station.

Anyway change of subject, I recorded the show and after some editing was going to upload it and have it available to download by end of week for those who missed it or cant listen to live streaming, however in my infinate wisdom i somehow didnt manage to save it, mmmm yes really, (typical of me tbh) im most annoyed with myself, for doing that, however i have managed to recover the playlist of the songs that were played and currently in process of getting that transferred to MP3 so it will be downloadable, but it will be music only seen as i deleted original file :S accidently, i keep getting breaks in it tho when im on the internet so may not beable to even upload that file for download, we will see i supose.

I am on Psychozwan rock radio tomorrow night @ 8pm (http://www.psychozwan.co.uk/) and hopefully that one will be recorded and i wont delete it,  if all goes to plan that should be available to upload by monday, i will after 2 weeks of having both shows available for download will be removing them from the site or thats the plan, to make room for newer shows, this is trial and error so we will see how it fairs out over the next month.

To finish this blog i just want to say a huge thank you to those who tuned in tonight and i hope those who tuned in tonight and more will listen in tomorrow night and i want to say a special THANK YOU, to those listeners who have stuck by me no matter who ive worked for, u know who you are, there are just a handful but you have always stuck by me and appreciate what im trying to do/achieve, :)

Darkangels Delights radio show (s)

Hey all just a quick note to let you know this week is the official start to my shows on the radio site i have started;  Welcome to mayhem, those who have previously listened to my shows know they will get a right mix of alternative music, mainly metal/rock/cyber but tune in and have a listen,  and see what you think, what have u got to lose? (except possibly your hearing and some marbles lol) as you can see from the site i have set up a chat box so feel free to come in and talk to other listeners and moi but remember i wil be djing/talking crap, so if i dont reply right away please dont think im ignoring you, as im not also remember to change your name in the chat ASAP, there will be a 3 strike rule so if i have asked you 3 times to change your name and you havent im afraid you shall be booted, harsh i know but it saves me hopefully getting grief of stupid idiots who dont appreciate or understand our genre of music.

I also start with another radio station this week, we have agreed to keep my show name of Darkangels-Delights as i feel people will get used to who i am and what i do no matter which radio station i work for.

The 2nd radio installment will be with Psychozwan on Thursday they normally run a alt club night but have also decided to bring you the great regular djs from the night (including me lol) into the station so people get to hear us every week rather than once a month at the club night at the Tap N Spile in Darlington, if u want to see us in the flesh :P get yourselves over, guarenteed to be a good night, its the 1st friday of every month, (next night 5/8/11) more info about live nights/radio can be found on the Psychozwan website; http://www.psychozwan.co.uk/
