Hello tis i again, Darkangel, here to update the blog once more, have i got any news, no not at all, the resident DJ job i havnt heard anymore about, and any other work is well none existant....:(

On a totally different subject of me, actually the real me not darkangel, i have signed up to the Olympic Rowing Challenge at my local gym, which should be an eye opener, hopefully not many will take part and i will win the ladies prize lol, (not that im competative!) the highest score for the males so far is 8.50, put it this way im only aiming to get under 10mins lol thats about it, i've recorded 2 times in and yes they are showing gradual improvment lol but not as much as i wanted, but nvm.

 Anyway the point of this blog was to bring you the new radio show links but as you can tell there is not much going on in my dj world lol

Oh the very last one 27 July, i will warn you i got upset at the end and started crying during my ending speil, as I heard that day that Lennox the Dog from Belfast that millions around the world and including myself were trying to save from being PTS and either rehomed in another country or sent back home, got PTS 7am that day (although i think he had been killed long before this final appeal) as a judge had ruled him as a dangerous dog and of pit bull breed which is a banned breed in the UK.

 Lennox was a family pet and hadnt hurt or gone for anyone, even dog behavioural specialists rated him as a calm and well behaved passive dog, who was good at obeying commands and showed no signs of food aggression, its a shame that this country still punishes for breed not deed, which is unfair, when most of those idiots who use staffy's/pits as status symbols are the ones who should be PTS, anyway our fight now is to get the government to review the law and ultimatly end breed specific legislation, heres a petition thats been set up in Lennox' memory, http://www.thepetitionsite.com/817/837/410/lennox-law/?cid=FB_TAF_CIT

They have also set up their own little radio station which they have asked me to help out on, i dont have set times as yet but keep an eye on my djdarkangel page on facebook and will update that, or the twitter account, it will be some of my usual music style but im going to have a go at playing the more mainstream side of music, :O this will include pop/dance/chart music as well as some of my less noisy collection :) also Collette and Konrad will be running there own shows and aiming for every night of the week, i can only maybe help out with 1/2 slots as i have Psychozwan and Welcome to Mayhem to try and run!

Kon will be playing the most unusual set out of the 3 of us lol with a collection of Punk/horror rock/death metal lol and stuff you probably would never of heard of, and Lette will be playing a mix, lots of remixes which are cross genre and some mainstream rock/metal although on her show last night she played Tura Satana mid set which i didnt complain at :)

Yes Hello again, Darkangel here with the latest update to the blog, apologies, should have done this earlier this week as im off work :P but its been hot and sunny and i have been training everyday for my race of life,(for anyone who still wants to sponsor me! http://www.raceforlifesponsorme.org/cheryl-deery) is a week on sunday, and getting sunburnt, i have to take advantage of the weather whilst i can, with it being the UK, you know what our 'so called' summer weather is right? and yeah i said summer, and its only May, we usually get 2 weeks in May of nice decent stuff and if we lucky another couple of weeks end of aug/july but we will see i suppose, im currently very burnt but yeah it is my own fault and i put sun cream on!

Anyway back to point of this blog, i have 3 show links to post, 1st one didnt work out as well SAM crashed and well didnt want to play nice so it ends rather abruptly, an dyeah i got pissed off at the pc and was gonna kick it, but decided just to switch the damn thing off.

This one  was a extra long show and played anything from usual style and classic rock up to 90s dance lol, it did all link, i think quite well but i would i did the show!! this one is an unusual one if you hate 90s dance (only 2 songs tho) and cyber (maybe 2 songs also...) skip this one lol

This is last nights, started all very well until about 1hr 53 then for some obscure reason my net died, i do mean totally booted me out of everything so had to restart so theres about a minutes/1min 30 silence im afraid and i dont have the programme to edit any of my shows so they are as they went out live, no editing no extra adverts/jingles just raw, ruckus rock playing and well pc issues!

Psychozwan radio, April 2012 shows so far,

Well as posted on the previous blog i am doing Darkangels-Delights on a Wed night at 8pm on Psychozwan radio, i was meant to have uploaded these links last week but as i said i probably wont remember and well i didnt, only reason i remembered tonight is because i said i was uploading links to tonights show, and no i havnt done that yet as i only did show tonight (like finished 50mins ago lol), i dont know if i will get it done by weekend either as its Whitby Goth Weekend and i'm planning on heading over there, for drinks and to get in touch with friends i lost touch with :(

I have also been training for race of life in June with Katy and Collette and guess what im going to post link to my online just giving page here, because i can, with it being my site an all!

I am trying to raise £200 minimum, but i would love to pass that, as a few only know i was previously diagnosed with cancer and overcame it in 2005 after removal of the problem, now i have huge scar on my back as well as a few others, we also lost my mum to cancer in 2004 so it means a lot to all (me, lette, caz, katy, dad) of us not just me to contribute to a great cause!

Welcome to Mayhem 21/3/12

Sorry I'm a bit behind again with my uploads.

 Its just remembering to do it, and finding time in between going to the gym doing boxercise/kick-boxercise, manning 3 bases on battle pirates, playing angry birds and djing as well as working full time, sorry, heres the link for the 21/3 after this I took a couple of weeks off but i have started to do darkangels delights on Psychozwan radio again as of last week, its replaced my welcome2mayhem Wednesday slot but i still have other station available if i get chance to run welcome 2 mayhem again, but due to the low numbers i got tuning in, its hardly worth my time.

 I should have the 2 psychozwan shows uploaded by weekend, (or thats the plan) this particular one started with a few audio issues but then more a less sorted them needed to mess on whilst i was live to get the levels right im afraid.

im back it seems......

Well 1st show in a while i actually managed to record and everything work, with no issues, so heres the 1st link super early for a change i know.

 Just to make you aware, i had input too loud :S so its a bit erm...bass-y lol but i know of the error and it will be rectified by next week, it was my own fault i forgot it records it louder than it plays to me, but nvm if you can tolerate 2hrs of some what bass-y rattle ur speakers kinda metal then you will be fine, but dont play it too loud it may blow ur speakers!! or turn ur bass down lol, sound quality suffered a bit, sorry,  its a bit rusty seen as i havnt fully managed to record a show for ages, anyway who even cares lol! also there may be a gap in the middle but i dont know yet as im still listening back to it seems to jump on a couple of trax n i never noticed during show either poop! Sorry will  be better next week i promise............

Welcome 2 Mayhem round2!

Well it seems i have managed to re-set up th radio site, its had a slight name edit, but still the same really, new listen2myradio site is http://welcome2mayhem.listen2myradio.com/, as i keep forgetting passwords to everything it seems i have to make 10 million notes, must be a sign of old age (bare in mind im not even 35 yet)  forgetfullness but its really quite frustrating, just locked myself out of the yahoo account for the DJ address. :( and today i forgot my laptop and its still at my sisters, so yeah its getting most annoying forgetting shit :( anyway i had to re install chat box too as it wouldnt allow me access to my old registration as i forgot to write it down >< and therefore couldnt get in and guess what i asked it to be sent to djdarkangel1603 addy and well i forgot pw so cant get in, so i think im just going to give up for tonight and well go to bed, i hope to be sorted by wednesday 8pm and if so we should be good to go, but will need a test session to check mic etc and try to transfer all my music back to this pc, as it got wiped so lost quite a lot of stuff its after 12 anyway and i got to be up in less than 7hrs :( so im off, night peeps
